Heike Heinrichs is a Co-founder and Director of Halsin Partners, a communications consultancy based in London. Having spent the last 10 years in the life science industry, Heike has focused predominantly on investor relations and communications strategies for private and small-cap life science companies. In addition to having cultivated relationships with key members of the institutional investment and analyst community, she has managed the communications for IPOs, follow-on offerings and M&A transactions for numerous US and European biotech companies, on behalf of leading IR/PR agencies. Heike spends her time both in the US and in Europe counseling companies listed on numerous European and US exchanges.
Michael Sinclair is a Co-founder and Director of Halsin Partners. He has more than 13 years experience in strategic communications and international medical journalism within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He has worked in both the US and in Europe holding senior management positions with a transatlantic specialty IR and PR firm. Previously he was also Senior Editor of R&D focus where he was responsible for the writing and editing of a weekly newsletter, Drug News, as well as managing a team of writers. Mike has authored several papers on a wide range of therapeutic areas.
